Heavy duty tube axial fans designed for industrial ventilation and other demanding applications. Ideal for use on paint and powder coating booths. Wide range of standard diameters and air flow ratings. Custom sizes and air flow ratings are also available upon request. All of our fans are shipped fully assembled and factory tested. Manufactured in the USA and backed by our 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.

Operating Range:

• Performance ratings up to 50,000 CFM
• Static pressure ratings up to 1.5″WC
• Airflow temperature range from 0° F to 200° F

Standard Features:

• TEFC or Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled motor mounted outside of airstream.
  • Single phase motors can be wired using 115 or 220 Volts.
  • Three phase motors can be wired using 208, 230 or 460 Volts.
• Heavy duty mounting Flanges.
• Non-sparking polypropylene blade with aluminum hub.
• Dual pillow block bearings.
• Remote grease fittings for easy maintenance.
• Durable powder coated finish.

Compliance:

• Meets or exceeds NFPA 33 and OSHA requirements.
• UL listed components.

Important Notes:

• A motor starter, VFD, or control package is required to operate and protect the fan.
• Singe  phase motors can only be used with a motor starter and have 1 fan speed.
• Adjustable fan speed requires a three  phase motor and VFD.
  • We do offer select VFD’s that accept 220 volts of single phase power and automatically convert the power to three phase going to the electric motor.
  • This is a great option for customers wanting adjustable fan speed without three phase power.
