SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY:

We offer parcel and freight shipping options within the Contiguous United States. Reference our international shipping policy for shipments outside of the Contiguous United States.

LEAD TIME:

Stock items typically ship withing 1 – 2 business days. Items that are manufactured to order typically ship within 5 – 10 business days.

PARCEL SHIPMENTS:

Pricing and expected delivery dates are determined based on the shipping service selected.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS:

All freight shipments are FOB origin. Customers assumes ownership once the order has left Cook Manufacturing. We highly recommend purchasing third party insurance on all shipments. Unless otherwise noted on your order, the cost of shipping shown is for delivery to a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift available for unloading. Fork extensions should be used when handling any pallet over 72” in length. The customer must be present to receive the shipment during weekdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The customer is responsible for any and all charges if additional services are requested or required by the carrier. Please note that any additional charges are determined by the freight carrier not Cook Manufacturing.

P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES:

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO / FPO addresses.

SHIPMENT TRACKING:

Tracking information for all shipments will be emailed to the customer the day of the shipment. A bill of lading will also be provided for all freight shipments.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

All shipments must be inspected for damage at the time of receipt. Any damage must be noted on the carriers’ paperwork at the time of receipt. Our customer service team must be notified of any damage within 3 business days to file a claim with the carrier. All items included with your order must be compared against the packing list. Notify our customer service team of any missing items within 7 days. Any items determined to be missing, we will provide to the customer free of charge.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLCIY:

International shipments may not be available through our website. Please contact Cook Manufacturing directly for an international shipping quote. Additional charges if special packaging or handling are required. Please note that all orders requiring international shipping are not returnable.

CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES, & TAXES:

The customer is responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes. The customer is also responsible for providing a customs broker if required.

RETURNS POLICY:

Please contact Cook Manufacturing within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with your product. All returns are subject to prior approval and a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be returned to Cook Manufacturing shipping prepaid, in the original packaging, and in resaleable condition. All shipping and handling charges associated with the original purchase are nonrefundable. All returned goods must contain all documents and accessories that were originally included. International shipments are not returnable.

CANCELATION POLICY:

Please contact us promptly regarding any order cancelation requests. Our products are built to order and cannot be canceled once an order is placed without approval. Orders canceled with approval are subject to charges for any material and labor that was applied to the order.

STORAGE FEE POLICY:

Due to the large size of our products, Cook Mfg requires all orders to ship within 1 week of completion. Orders that are unable to ship for any reason will be subject to storage fees of $50.00 per week. All storage fees must be paid in full prior to shipping.
